"I believe in and write about living our best lives and choosing happiness, finding our spiritual center and being grounded. I also write about taking healthy risks and leaving others more energized with our presence even if our journey is alone. Most importantly, I am a work in progress always." Kim

About Me:
I turned 48 last summer, had a second grandchild, and also have had some amazing experiences in love and life. If you have found me here, then I am grateful and excited that you are joining me.
I was married for over 26 years to the same man and we divorced in the last few years prompting many to wonder if I had lost my mind. Regardless of the reactions, I made the decision to be happier, a more fulfilled person walking daily in my purpose. After a few years on the dating scene, I still believe in unconditional love, but not unconditional pairing up. It is healthy to have an expectation of equal input to a relationship and respect for one another. We can love even the hard to love unconditionally without putting ourselves into a relationship with daily pain and anguish in order to do that. "I can love you without living with you or marrying you, without rescuing you or you me."
My blog started as a journal and forum for discussion, but has become a teaching tool and outlet for me and whoever deems themselves students of life.
Having learned some great lessons in love and being comfortable in my own skin, I hope to shed light each time something takes hold in my mind or spirit passing along insight as I go.
